About me and my workIn
2001 I completed my training at the London
College
of Clinical Hypnosis I have a successful
practice in Whitstable My name is Jane Napper. I have worked as a dental hygienist for over 30 years and first became interested in hypnotherapy as a way of helping nervous dental patients. In 2001 I completed my training at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. I have a busy practice in Kent where I really enjoy helping people move through their problems and onto a better, happier and healthier life. I like to combine hypnosis with other therapies resulting in quick and powerful changes. Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Rational Emotive therapy will help you change faulty thought processes, so that you will feel better and behave differently in ways that will make a real difference in your life, and by recognising your assertiveness skills, your confidence will increase and you will have healthier relationships at work, at home and socially. I still love working as a dental hygienist and have been based at a practice in Whitstable for many years. My combined experience in dentistry and clinical hypnosis has given me the unique opportunity of producing an audio CD programme to help nervous patients. For
