I believe that there are three elements to staying a smoker.

  1. The habit. Hypnosis will bring the ‘habit’ into your conscious awareness so that you can take control of whether you want to put a cigarette into your mouth or not.
  2. Drug dependency. People experience withdrawal from the drug effect of smoking in different ways. Hypnotherapy will help you to manage this part of stopping.
  3. The ‘need’ to smoke. You may have been using smoking as a way of coping with life situations, i.e. when you are stressed, lonely, unsupported etc. Extra sessions may be required to help you learn new ways of dealing with your life experiences.

How many sessions will I need?

You will always be offered two sessions for stopping smoking. As mentioned above, extra sessions might be necessary to support you through this important change in your life.

How much do you charge?

I do not charge ‘extra’ for stopping smoking as I believe the motivation has to come from you. My normal charges apply.
